Tuesdays – 9:00 am – MHA Yoga/Level 2 – Donna

Tuesdays – 6:30 pm – Breathe Yoga with Weights – Christina

 

Wednesdays – 9:00 am – MHA Embodied Yoga/Level 1 – Julia

Wednesdays – 5:00 pm – Breathe Vinyasa (Flow 3) – Lee

Wednesdays – 6:15 pm – MHA Yoga Level 1&2 – Donna

Thursdays – 9:00 am – MHA Yoga Level 2 – Donna

Thursdays – 6:30 pm – Breathe Vinyasa (Flow 3) – Melissa

All classes  1 hour or 1 1/4 hours unless otherwise specified
