Chakra Yoga with Donna (Mondays @ 6:00 pm 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29)
Learn to use your body’s energies to restore balance, develop strength and release obstacles on th path toward a harmonious union of body, mind and Spirit.
Restorative Yoga with Julia (Tuesdays @ 6:00 pn 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30)
Develop the capacity to Hal and relieve stress in a yoga practice that encourages relaxation of body, mind and emotions using stillness, a slow pace and deep breathing!
Yoga for Posture and Alignment with Jackie (Thursdays @ 5:30 pm 7/11 ONLY)
Work with yoga asanas (poses) to improve posture and thus relieve back pain, improve breathing prevent neck problems and support the joints!
Breath Work and Meditation/Centering with Donna (Thursdays @ 5:30 pm 7/18 ONLY)
Work with breath (Pranaya) to connect and strengthen body, mind and spirit, to promote relaxation and mindfulness and to move into meditation!
Beginner Rope Wall with Donna (Saturdays @ 10:30 am 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27)
Practice easing into the support of a rope wall to tone and strengthen, to experience greater openings in traditional yoga poses and to refine breathing and go deeper into the asana!
