Mondays – 5:00 pm – Keep Yoga Simple – Jackie

Tuesdays – 9:00 am – Yoga Level 2 – Carol (No Class 3/28/23)

Tuesdays – 6:15 pm – Yin/Yang Yoga – Carol 

 

Wednesdays – 9:00 am – Mastering Basic Poses – Julia

Thursdays – 9:00 am – Yoga Level 2 – Carol (No Class 3/30/23)

 

Fridays 5:00 pm –  Yoga to Ease into Your Weekend – Carol

 

*Wednesday evening (6pm) and Saturday Rope Wall classes will resume after April 17th.

 

All classes  1 hour or 1 1/4 hours unless otherwise specified
