Thursdays – 5:30 pm – Yoga for Bone Health – Jackie

 

Fridays – 9:00 am – Gentle Yoga – Donna

 

Saturdays – 9:00 am – Rope Wall  – Donna (by appointment only, must register)*

Saturdays – 10:30 am – Specialty Classes – Donna (TBA; by appointment only, must register)*
