Fridays – 9:00 am – Gentle Yoga – Ann Marie

Fridays – 10:30 am – Yoga with Weights – Jackie

 

Saturdays – 9:00 am – Rope Wall  – Donna (by appointment only, must register)*

Saturdays – 10:30 am – Yin Yoga – Donna
