Mondays – 6:00 pm – Yoga Plus – Donna (must have taken Level 1 and/or Level 2 classes; includes Cardio, Balance, Strength, and Deep Relaxation) Begins Monday, October 6; must register

 

Tuesdays – 9:00 am – Level 2 Yoga – Donna

Tuesdays – 5:30 pm – Yoga with Weights – Jackie

Wednesdays – 9:00 am – Mastering the Basics (Level 1) – Julia/Ann Marie

Wednesdays – 6:00 pm – Level 1 & 2 Yoga – Donna

 

Thursdays – 9:00 am – Level 2 Yoga – Donna

Thursdays – 5:30 pm – Yoga for Bone Health – Jackie

 

Fridays – 9:00 am – Gentle Yoga – Donna/Ann Marie

Fridays – 10:30 am – Yoga with Weights – Jackie

Fridays – 5:30 pm – Partner Yoga – Donna/Ann Marie; second Friday of each month only; must register, starts Friday, September 12

 

Saturdays – 9:00 am – Rope Wall  – Donna (by appointment only, must register)*

Saturdays – 10:30 am – Specialty Classes – Donna (TBA; by appointment only, must register)*

 

Sundays – 9:00 am – Yin Yoga with Donna; class begins Sunday, October 5; must register

All classes  1 1/4 hours unless otherwise specified
