Tuesdays – 6:00 pm – Yoga with Weights – Jackie

Wednesdays – 9:00 am – Mastering Basic Poses – Julia

Wednesdays – 6:00 pm – Level 1 & 2 Yoga – Donna

 

Thursdays – 9:00 am – Level 2 Yoga – Donna

Thursdays – 6:00 pm – Focused Alignment & Movement – Jackie (no class October 10 or October 17)

 

Fridays – 9:00 am – Gentle Yoga – Donna

 

Saturdays – 9:00 am – Rope Wall  – Donna (by appointment only, must register)*

 

All classes  1 hour or 1 1/4 hours unless otherwise specified
