Second Friday of Each Month – 5:30 pm – Couples Yoga – June 12, July 10, and August 14 


Saturdays – 9:00 am – Rope Wall* – Extending Yourself – Donna

Saturdays – 10:30 am – QiGong – Move, Breath, Balance and Heal – Chris
